- Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour time for a 100% refund.
- Late Cancellation (within 24 hours): A 60% cancellation fee will be applied. You’ll receive a 40% refund.
- Last-Moment Cancellation (within 2 hours): No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 2 hours before the tour.
