Welcome to DXB Desert Safaris. By using our website or booking any service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or authorized representatives.
  • A booking is only confirmed once you receive official confirmation from our team.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.

2. Payment Terms

We offer flexible payment options:

  • Book Now, Pay Later: Available for most standard tours.
  • Advance Payment: Required for group bookings, event-based reservations, and buggy/quad bike rentals — we collect 50% advance to confirm such bookings.
  • Final payment can be made before or at the time of the tour.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept a wide range of payment options:

  • Cash (All currencies accepted. AED conversion rate is 1–2% lower than Google rate)
  • Bank Transfer (In any currency)
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Includes 5% VAT + 3% bank fee, non-refundable)
  • PayPal (Includes 5% VAT)
  • Cryptocurrency (All major coins accepted, at 2% lower conversion rate)

 

Note: VAT (5%) is refundable for tourists at UAE airports. Bank and crypto conversion charges are not refundable. Cash payments do not include VAT.

4.Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free Cancellation: 24+ hours before tour time = 100% refund
  • Late Cancellation (within 24 hours): 60% cancellation fee
  • Last-Moment (within 2 hours): No refund
  • Refunds are processed via the same payment method used.

5. Tour Changes & Rescheduling

  • You may request changes at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).
  • Last-minute changes may incur extra charges or be declined.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Be on time for your pickup. No-shows or delays may result in canceled tours with no refund.
  • Inform us of any medical conditions, accessibility needs, or special requests ahead of time.
  • You are responsible for your personal items during the tour.

7. Insurance & Liability

  • Tourist Insurance: Any accidents, injuries, or mishaps caused by our drivers, guides, or company negligence are fully covered under our insurance.
  • Rental Activities: All rentals, including quad bikes, dune buggies, and KTM bikes, are not covered by insurance. Any damage, loss, or injury occurring during rental use is the guest’s full responsibility and must be paid for by the guest.

8. Participation Requirements

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Some activities (like dune bashing) are not suitable for pregnant women or those with back, heart, or neck issues.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if safety is at risk.

9. Weather & Operational Delays

  • Tours may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather, government guidelines, or technical issues.

  • In such cases, guests may request a reschedule or full refund.

10. Media Use

  • We may take photos or videos during tours for promotional use.
  • Please inform us if you do not wish to be included.

11. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
